3. Bora Bora 4wd Tour


A 4wd tour is an affordable, yet fun way to discover the amazing beauty and culture of Bora Bora. This is basically a half-day 4WD tour with an experienced guide. You  get to navigate the entire island, there will be several stops along the way to enjoy an amazing view from the East Matira, Faanui Canon and Amanahune Bay lookouts. The typical time underwater for the 2 tank dive is 45 minutes for the first dive, with a long surface interval followed by a second dive of approximately 45 minutes.

8.Bora Bora Lagoon or deep sea fishing

Lagoon Fishing:

Troll for jacks, rainbow runner, bluefin trevally, bigeye trevally, small barracuda, lagoon bonito, needle fish, snapper and grouper. If you like, your captain can take you close to the barrier reef, where you can try spinning or popping. If you have your own fly-fishing gear with you, your captain can take you to good fly-fishing spots inside the lagoon. Some bonefish live around Bora Bora; however, the coral makes them difficult to catch. At times, big jacks that weigh more than 30 pounds (14 kg) can make a surprise appearance, but generally fish sizes vary from a half pound (250 grams) to 10 pounds (5 kg). Polynesia owes its reputation of diving destination essentially in the quality of the met fauna: besides multiple colored coral fish, you’ll also encounter many “big fish”: sharks, tunas, jack fish, napoleons, barracudas, rays and turtles. The meetings are not all fortuitous, at certain spots you’ll systematically accompanied by several black tip sharks, who are known to follow the divers, sometimes coming with a meter of them.
